What I eat in a day – Healthy and Tasty meals #5

Hi guys! Today I am sharing what i eat in a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All this recipes are very healthy and tasty and quite simple to make. Most of these recipes are vegan and gluten free. So everyone can enjoy them. I start my day with warm lemon and honey water. And then after 30 minutes I have my breakfast.

Almond butter, Banana and Strawberry toast

For Breakfast, I made this delicious and easy Almond butter, Banana and Strawberry toast. I cut a thick slice of bread from my bread loaf. Then I toasted the bread, applied a nice layer of almond butter on top. Added sliced banana and strawberries and sprinkled some cinnamon. If you don’t like the taste of almond butter, then you can use peanut butter or any other nut/seed butter. You can even drizzle any liquid sweetener or chocolate syrup or sauce if you want.

For lunch, I made this Quinoa, tofu and veggie bowl. I had some leftover quinoa mixed with black beans and veggies. So I roasted one sweet potato and some tofu. I finished my lunch bowl with a tablespoon of guacamole. My lunch bowl is a perfect combination of complex carbs, protein and healthy fat.

For dinner, I made this simple dish which contains veggies, quinoa and black beans. To prepare this, first I added some chopped lettuce with thinly sliced carrots. Then I added a layer of cooked quinoa. After that some cooked black beans. While cooking the beans, I added grated garlic, cumin powder and salt, so the black beans are nice and garlicy. I finished the dish with sliced cherry tomatoes.
