Hi guys! Today I am sharing what i eat in a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All this recipes are very healthy and tasty and quite simple to make. Most of these recipes are vegan and gluten free. So everyone can enjoy them. I start my day with warm lemon and honey water. And then after 30 minutes I have my breakfast.
For breakfast, I made this delicious banana and spinach smoothie bowl. I love having smoothie bowl for breakfast. They are packed with protein, carb and healthy fats, perfect to break the overnight fast. I topped my banana and spinach smoothie bowl with hemp, chia and flax seeds. All these seeds are high in omega-3 which helps to reduce inflammation.

I drizzled peanut butter and hemp seeds on my waffle and enjoyed my lunch. These waffles are vegan but you can use gluten free flour to make the gluten free version.
In the evening I went out with my husband and there I had this delicious Mushroom open sandwich. It is topped with cheese and charred tomatoes.
Dinner today was super simple. I was not ver hungry since I had the Mushroom sandwich in the evening, I made this simple roasted veggie and salad bowl. I roasted a small sweet potato and some tofu and paired it with salad made from red cabbage, carrot and corn.
