Hi guys! Today I am sharing what i eat in a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All this recipes are very healthy and tasty and quite simple to make. These recipes are also vegan and gluten free. So everyone can enjoy them.
For breakfast, I made this delicious pineapple smoothie with chia pudding. To make this, i soaked the chia seeds in milk with some liquid sweetener at night and in morning added chia pudding at the bottom of the jar and filled it with pineapple smoothie. It is very tasty and filling.
For lunch, i decided to recreate my Quinoa Salad With Roasted Cauliflower, this recipe is already up on the blog. This salad is very feeling and tasty. Dinner is very simple salad with quinoa and chickpea balls. I had some leftover quinoa chickpea balls, so I reheated them and prepared some quick salad. Also roasted some potatoes.
