Smoothie Bowl a way to enjoy smoothies with a spoon instead of drinking them with a straw. Smoothie bowls are very simple and easy to make, you just have to throw all the ingredients in blender and blend.
I have used mangoes in this recipe. They are my absolute favorite fruit to eat. Growing up in India, I used to wait for summer because there we used to get lots of amazing tasting mangoes in summer.

- 1 Cup Frozen mango chopped
- ½ Frozen Banana
- ½ Cup Almond milk
- ½ Scoop protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
- TOPPINGS
- Sliced strawberry
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
- Pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Step 1 Add the mango, almond milk, banana, flaxseed and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
- Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
