Bananas are extremely healthy and delicious. Banana can be eaten whole or in fruit salad. Mashed bananas can be added to muffin, bread, pancakes or waffles. I love to add bananas to my smoothies as well. It give nice creamy texture to the smoothie. Banana boat is a fun way of eating banana with nut-butter and power foods like Goji berries, Hemp, Chia and Flax Seeds.
Banana Boat Recipe
- 1 Banana cut length-wise
- 2 TablespoonsNut-butter
- 1 TablespoonGoji Berries
- 1 TablespoonPumpkin Seeds
- 1 TablespoonHemp, Chia and Flax Seeds
- Step 1 Slice your banana lengthwise.
- Step 2 Spread a tbsp of nut butter on each side.
- Step 3 Top it with goji berries, pumpkin, hemp, chia and flax seeds.
