I love smoothie bowls, they are my absolute favourite way to start my day. Smoothie bowls are packed with nutrition, a perfect combination of protein, carb and fat to break the eight hour long fast. Smoothie bowls are totally customisable as per your taste. I loke to add fresh green leafy veggies to my smoothies in this way we can get all the benefits from green leafy veggie without even tasting them.

In this smoothie bowl I have used my favorite fruit banana and peanut butter for the healthy fats. For greens I have used kale and as we all know kale is an amazingly healthy green leafy vegetable.

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon nut-butter(I used peanut butter)
  • 1 Cup kale
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • Sliced banana
  • Dark chocolate
  • Slivered almonds
  • Goji berries
  • Step 1 Add the banana, almond milk, kale, peanut butter and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
  • Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
