Banana Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

I love smoothie Bowls so much for my breakfast. They are nice and creamy and smooth just like ice cream in a bowl, but a healthy one. Smoothie Bowls are great for breakfast as they are packed with fiber rich fruits. Also they are super customizable. For the base of the Banana Blueberry Smoothie Bowl, I have used blueberry and banana and topped it with sliced banana, strawberries, goji berries and shredded dried coconut. Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon nut-butter (I used peanut butter)
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • ½ Cup frozen blueberries
  • TOPPING
  • Sliced banana
  • Shredded dried coconut
  • Fresh strawberry
  • Goji berries
Directions
  • Step 1 Add the banana, almond milk, blueberry, peanut butter and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
  • Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
