When you have apples and nut-butter lying around and feeling hungry, turn them into charming little apple breadless sandwiches. These are super-simple to make and healthy to eat. Apples and nut-butter along with granola and hemp seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon, makes super yummy breakfast.
Apple sandwiches are perfect for both adults and kids. I have used peanut butter but instead of peanut butter, you can use almond butter or any seed butter. I like the crunch of granola but there are many other options for toppings like chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
