I love smoothie bowls, they are my absolute favourite way to start my day. Smoothie bowls are packed with nutrition, a perfect combination of protein, carb and fat to break the eight hour long fast. Smoothie bowls are totally customizable as per your taste. I like to add fresh green leafy veggies to my smoothies in this way we can get all the benefits from green leafy veggie without even tasting them. For the toppings I have used homemade granola, sliced apples, goji berries and almonds.
APPLE KALE SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
- ½ Cup Almond milk
- 1 Cup sliced frozen apple
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 Cup Kale
- Sliced apples
- Goji berries
- Sliced almonds
- Step 1 Add the apple, almond milk, kale, ground flaxseed and protein powder to the pitcher of a blender and blend.
- Step 2 Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!.
